Power Kiting is one of the fastest growing sport in the world. Kiting can be recreational on your own, with friends or your family.

Essex Kite Park is a 22 acre field dedicated to all types of kite sports. Located in Barling (2 miles from Southend) We boast the fact we are a non-profitable committee run group by the local flyer's, We have clean wind (from most directions)  with a nice friendly atmosphere.

We would ask all visitors to pay a day ticket of £5 to fly all day or £10 to fly all week. This helps us pay for the upkeep on the grounds. Click (Here) to pay online.

Camping is also available with prior arrangement at £5 per person, per night.

Essex Kite Park has highly skilled instructors and committee members that have current CRB checks and First Aid Training for everyone's safety.

Club Facilities:

We have on site toilets and sinks with hot and cold running water, there is also a shower available at a cost of £1.00 per use.

A number of trampoline`s to keep the kids entertained with a swing set, climbing frame and some toys for the younger ones.

There are a variation of ramps and rails, we are also working on a handle pass training rig for the more advanced riders to enjoy.

Everyone is welcome to use the onsite BBQ`s, all you have to do is bring some food.

The clubhouse is avaiable should you need to get out of the wind or rain to watch the action
